The development of artificial intelligence technologies and their integration into the field of psychology are becoming increasingly important, causing significant changes in the modern approach to working with mental health. Today, new methods of using AI to support and normalize the mental state are being actively studied. This material examines the achievements of artificial intelligence and its implementation in psychotherapeutic practice, as well as analyzes the potential risks that may arise when using it in everyday and clinical work. A significant amount of research has been conducted on the use of automated artificial intelligence systems in areas such as psychology and psychotherapy. However, there is still a need for a comprehensive analysis of the accumulated data, including an assessment of the benefits and possible challenges of implementing innovative technologies. One of the key advantages of AI is the ability to improve the quality of services for socially vulnerable groups of the population and increase the efficiency of work in the field of mental health. However, there is also a risk of psychological dependence in users with prolonged use of specialized applications. For the successful integration of artificial intelligence technologies into practical psychology, it is important to consider the ethical and social aspects of their implementation. This allows for early identification of potential problems and minimizing associated risks. AI opens up new opportunities for creating individualized therapeutic programs that take into account the unique needs of each client. Automated diagnostic and testing tools simplify the identification of problems and assessment of their severity, significantly reducing the time to diagnosis and making mental health services more accessible to the general public.
