Abstract

The article examines the self-realization of the individual as one of the key internal resources of professional and life success in modern society. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing demands for adaptability, autonomy, professional mobility, psychological stability and the ability of the individual to consciously build his own life trajectory. The aim of the work is to determine the role of self-realization of the individual as a resource of professional and life success in modern society. The methodological basis of the study was the general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and systematization of scientific approaches to the interpretation of self-realization, professional development, life success and psychological well-being of the individual. As a result of the study, it was established that self-realization has a multi-component structure and includes motivational-value, subjective, activity, reflective and socially integrative components. It is substantiated that it is the coordinated interaction of these components that ensures the ability of an individual to realize their own potential in professional activity, achieve socially significant results, maintain internal integrity, psychological stability and subjective experience of life success. It is shown that professional success is determined not only by the level of knowledge, skills and formal achievements, but also by authenticity, autonomy, responsibility and the ability to reflexively correct one’s own development. It is proven that life success has both an external and internal dimension, and its stability depends on the correspondence between values, goals and real behavior of the individual. It is determined that the condition for self-realization is a favorable educational, professional and socio-cultural environment that supports initiative, autonomy, activity and meaningful inclusion of a person in social life. The practical significance of the obtained provisions lies in the possibility of their use for psychological and pedagogical research into the problems of personal development, professional self-determination and support of life effectiveness. It is concluded that self-realization is a systemic resource that combines personal potential with the requirements of the social environment and is a prerequisite for professional efficiency, life effectiveness, and psychological well-being.
