DYNAMICS OF THE FORMATION OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF FUTURE EDUCATORS IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «professional culture of future educators of preschool education institutions»; its components and criteria are defined, namely: spiritual and creative (spirituality, creativity, life creativity); cognitive (cognitive activity; cognitive scrupulousness; cognitive abilities); motivational and value (personal value orientations, professional value orientations, emotional stability); reflexive-perceptive (reflection, empathy, social ingenuity); instrumental (professional competence, organizational skills, communicative competence). Special attention is paid to the spiritual and creative component, which involves creativity at the level of fundamental transformations, qualitative changes, transformations of the personality of the future teacher of the preschool education institution. Spiritual and creative characteristics are singled out as the ability of the future teacher to create beauty and harmony in and around himself. The basics of the professional culture of future educators included: students’ mastery of general culture, spiritual culture, professional motivation, professional competences, skills of social perception and life creativity. Particular attention was paid to the detailed description of the results of re-diagnosis of students of the experimental and control groups according to all components and criteria. The results of the quantitative and qualitative analysis showed positive dynamics in the formation of the foundations of professional culture among the students of the experimental group. This testified to the effectiveness of the technology developed and previously implemented at the formative stage of the research to form the foundations of the professional culture of future teachers of preschool education institutions.
