The information presented in the article contains the results of the work of YFC specialists in Uman, carried out in cooperation with teachers and psychologists of the city, as well as in cooperation with the NGO “Institute of Cognitive Modeling” and the “Tell Me” platform. The statistical and analytical data presented in the article allowed us to conclude that the issue of diagnosing and educating teachers on the causes of emotional instability, deterioration of cognitive abilities of internally displaced youth and people in difficult life circumstances requires vector direction and cooperation, which will increase the effectiveness of each participant in the process. Comparative data analysis and case analysis report allowed us to structure the most typical causes of dysfunctions, the main signs that teachers should pay attention to in their daily work. The issue of pathopsychological examination and neuropsychological diagnosis of youth deprivation in order to develop compensatory skills of self-regulation and adaptation to new living conditions is raised. The main tasks of psychological and pedagogical support of youth in view of the challenges of wartime are highlighted. Conclusions are drawn regarding the influence of the idea of determination of human feelings in the system of development of Ukrainian history, in the concept of development of the feeling of isolation in young people.
