FEATURES OF THE FUNCTIONING OF HUMAN PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL PROCESSES DURING EMERGENCIES SITUATION IN WARTIME

The article reviews the functioning of emotional processes in emergency situations during the war. For this purpose were used the latest online encyclopedias, a large number of dictionaries and research by Ukrainian authors. The main problems of the modern theory of emotions were explored, the polls about emotional states was considered in the article “Emotional State of Ukrainians During the Russian-Ukrainian War” by I. M. Yevchenko. The polls about the stress of Ukrainians and human well-being during war and emergency situations were reviewed by Yu. O. Oliynyk, A. S. Romaniv, N. M. Paraniak and V. V. Predko and O.O. Somova. Psychoemotional processes in the human body were analyzed, and the main emotional feelings of Ukrainians and the consequences of constant emotional overload were analyzed in order to reveal the specific role of emotions in human life during war and emergency situations. The ambiguity of the definitions of emotions, the difference between affects, feelings and moods, the role of emotions during emergency situations was identified. Based on studies of the impact of emergency situations on a person, the main manifestations of emotions during emergency situations were also identified. For a more detailed review were used the work of I. M. Yevchenko “Emotional state of Ukrainians during the Russian-Ukrainian war” (polls about human emotional states), Predko V. V., Somova O.O. “The influence of war on changes in the level of stress and strategies for preserving vitality of Ukrainians” and N. M. Savelyuk “Experiencing stress in war conditions: the experience of Ukrainian students”. An analysis of specific data from their research was complete. Recommended: during general wartime distract yourself with creativity, helping others, reading books, doing your favorite thing, watching TV series, social interaction; during an emergency situation, gradually reduce the emotional impact on the body by calming motor skills, forming a step-by-step action plan, creating a social connection, moving to a safe place and following the established safety rules in emergency situations.
