INDIVIDUAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF THE MACRO-IMAGE OF THE FUTURE OF UKRAINIANS IN CONDITIONS OF WAR

Abstract

The article substantiates the feasibility of implementing a structural-functional model of professional motivation for officers of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This model integrates theoretical foundations with practical tools, enabling systematic, holistic, and flexible management of motivational processes in the context of military service transformation and current security challenges. It ensures a comprehensive approach to enhancing officer motivation through systematic assessment, targeted training, psychological support, and adaptation to the dynamic conditions of military service. The primary purpose of the model is to develop an effective tool for systematizing the influence of multilevel motivational factors on officers' professional activity and optimizing their potential through the application of adaptive motivational strategies. The developed model is based on a theoretical-analytical approach, which involves systematizing existing theoretical knowledge and empirical data to construct a structured framework of professional motivation for Land Forces officers. The use of this approach is justified by the complexity of the motivation phenomenon, which encompasses multilevel interrelations between individual, social, and organizational factors. The practical implementation of the model includes systematic motivational monitoring, the application of targeted psychological training programs, the development of team interaction, and the strengthening of officers’ stress resilience. Empirical verification of the model, conducted with the participation of officers from different command levels, confirmed its effectiveness in increasing professional motivation, stress tolerance, service satisfaction, and readiness to perform tasks within a military unit.
