ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL SELF-REALIZATION OF WOMEN IN NON-CIVIL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of categorical-definitive characteristics of key concepts of psychological self-realization of women in public organizations. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of the main terms of psychological self-realization of women in public organizations. In particular, the essence of the concept of «self-realization» is clarified from the position of pedagogy and psychology. The categories of self-realization are defined: self-development, self-actualization, self-improvement, self-expression, will, motivation, etc. The author proposes his own definition of the concept of «self-realization». Various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «psychological selfrealization » are considered. The components of psychological self-realization are characterized: value-target, motivationalsemantic, instrumental-stylistic. The multifaceted nature of psychological self-realization is emphasized. The author's own definition of the concept of «psychological self-realization» is given. The psychological features of women’s selfrealization are considered. The definition of the term «psychological self-realization of women» is presented and the author’s own justification of this concept is proposed. The focus is on the properties necessary for women’s psychological self-realization: the presence of an internal motivating force; independence, autonomy; the ability to activate creative potential, etc. The main structural components of women's self-realization are defined as value-semantic and spatialtemporal. Public organizations are characterized as an important center for women’s personal, professional, and social self-realization. The content of the concept of «public organizations» is revealed. Attention is paid to psychological factors that stimulate women to participate in public organizations: the desire to overcome internal fears, the need for recognition, satisfaction with a sense of significance and influence, etc. The criteria for women’s psychological self-realization in public organizations are determined. The results of the study indicate that women’s participation in public organizations is an effective mechanism for psychological self-realization, which contributes not only to personal development, but also to positive social transformations.
