Publication conditions
To publish an article in the scientific journal "Uzhhorod National University Herald. Series: Psychology" № 2, 2026, it is necessary to take the following steps until April 21, 2026:
▶ fill in an application (links)
▶ send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements and a copy of the receipt of the publication fee payment (payment details are provided to the author after a positive conclusion of the reviewer) to editor@psy-visnyk.uzhnu.uz.ua .
The author should send the payment confirmation (a scanned payment slip or its photo) to e-mail editor@psy-visnyk.uzhnu.uz.ua.
Example of the electronic file name: Shevchenko_I.I._article, Shevchenko_I.I._receipt.
Articles of scientific and practical value are accepted for publication. The author has the right to submit only one previously unpublished scientific article in one issue. The author is responsible for the originality of the text of the article, the accuracy of the facts, citations, statistics, proper names, geographical names and other information, as well as for the fact that materials do not contain data that are not subject to open publishing. The editorial office is not responsible for the information contained in the article. The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the editorial office, which also reserve the right to further review, edit and reject the articles.
The editorial staff accepts students’ articles co-authored with a scientific adviser.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Publication fee
It is essential to send a scanned receipt of the publication fee payment. The publication fee is 1300 UAH (up to 12 pages inclusive). Each additional page is charged at 50 UAH. The publication fee covers the costs of editing, editing and printing the journal, as well as mailing the journal to the authors.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
