EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACQUIRES FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES

The article analyzes the significance and features of the use of educational technologies in the formation of professional readiness of higher education applicants for the future counseling. An analysis of psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process has been carried out. It was highlighted that one of the important indicators of the process of formation of readiness for professional activity of future psychologists-consultants is the level of their understanding of future professional prospects. For the purpose of research and assessment of the level of meaningfulness of students' lives, the test "Sense-life orientations" by D. Leontiev was used in general. With the help of the "Personal Differential" method, the peculiarities of self-attitude among psychology students were investigated. The results of the conducted research actualize the issue of determining educational technologies that will be effective in forming the readiness of future psychologists to carry out consulting activities and will contribute to the optimization of this process, successful individual development and self-development of psychology students. The assumption that the provision of modern education is the formation of a competitive, highly qualified specialist for future activities is substantiated. Attention is focused on the fact that the organization of students' education at the stage of obtaining higher education requires the use of such tools and methods in teaching practically-oriented disciplines that contributed to the formation of their readiness to implement their knowledge, abilities and skills in future professional activities. It was determined that the following are effective psychological and pedagogical conditions that will be effective for the formation of the educational activities of future psychologists before the implementation of consulting and facilitating optimization of this process, successful individual development and self-development of psychology students, are the following: modeling of educational and professional situations, dialogization of the environment, reflective analysis. professional activity in the process of consulting practice, during practical classes in professionally oriented disciplines.
