The article analyzes the decision-making process as a psychological problem. The integral decision-making procedure is considered. It is determined that during group interaction the decision-making process should be differentiated into two levels of readiness for the corresponding action. Decision making includes the main functions of management: planning, organization, motivation, control, regulation, analysis and more. Thus, the function of "managerial decision-making" due to the development of modern management science has become the subject of independent research. Decision making is a specific type of human activity in any field. In management, decision-making is an activity that determines all the actions of the manager. Moreover, the rank of the manager and the range of tasks to be solved are not significant.
